For this one, it is more cardio targeted you must complete 3 times in order, to make it 30 days (10 days of workouts) warm-ups, rest times, and videos on how to do the moves are included! For me personally, I know this WORKS. I challenge myself every once in a while to do a 30 day HIIT challenge and I notice:

4 Week Workout Plan for Beginners
The infographic included with this awesome plan makes it easy to take with you to the gym. Warm up before each exercise and repeat the workout twice (circuit) because it is the most effective way to lose weight fast and feel fantastic.

4 Week Strength Training Plan for Women

Even though these workouts are pretty much guaranteed to help you lose some weight, eating right will even further your results. I highly recommend getting a healthy eating plan in place and sticking to it. There is no one who is going to stop you from doing this except for yourself. So make it a goal according to the time period you choose, and cut at least 2-3 bad foods out a AND stick to these workouts.
The best thing to remember about these workouts is to have fun while doing them and even challenge a friend or family member to do it with you so you don’t feel alone-you can enjoy together! Losing weight does NOT have to be a challenging process, in fact it can be super fun when done right!
