Thanks for coming over to Kind Health Coaching! I am an NBHWC Health and wellness coach whose desire is to encourage and uplift women to build healthy sustainable habits so they can continue to pursue Gods Purpose for their lives.
I have struggled with weight, food, exercise, and stress and want you to know you are not alone in your health journey. With God by our side, we can conquer even the worst of times. If you are struggling with weight loss, career fog, smoking, or other chronic disease issues, please contact me so we can work together to help you become unstuck in your life and make a lasting lifestyle change.
I have Christ-centered coaching and a website because God is the firm foundation on which our health and life stand. I also know for a fact we can’t do anything without Him. I tried and I failed miserably- I don’t want that for you!
My Coaching and my site primarily focus on the pillars of health with a lifestyle medicine approach. this means focusing on social health, physical health, mental health, career, financial health, and of course religious health.

These are a few of my favorite health things…
- Reading my bible every morning. it reallysets up my day for success and gratitude. Theres also something special about spending time with Jesus and building my relationship with Him.
- Getting out in Nature. I love getting outside and being more active. It gives me more energy, boosts my mood and gives me exercise!
- Fueling with good nutrition & fun treats! I love apples, greens, squashes while eating seasonally. But, you could not get me to give up cookies or pizza!
My health story & health background
I went to MSU Denver to get a bachelor’s in Lifestyle Medicine, a minor in nutrition, with a focus on health and wellness coaching.
I had another blog called the plant-based babe, where I was inspired to post about healthy living topics. I didn’t have much experience in health but felt that it truly was the Lord leading me to learn more about these topics so I could help people in need.
I struggled with my own health and have a whole testimony on how God healed some of my eating disorder thoughts and issues. That’s why I believe He is the only one who can truly help us with our health and wellness.
Restriction, constant dieting, overeating, and vicious exercise really took a toll on my mental wellbeing and my physical health.
I couldn’t lose weight (or really, I didn’t need to) and I made health an idol in my life. Now I really want to focus on making God the center and spreading the Gospel in any way I can. That includes health.
6 out of 10 people are suffering from a chronic disease (1) in this country. which means a lot of Christians are suffering in their health too. I don’t believe that God wants that for His church and I believe we need to work together in a kind approach and a biblical approach for this. I use behavior change, motivational interviewing, social determination theory, and wellness mapping for getting us to a sustainable and healthy way of life that is personalized! There is no cookie-cutter approach, no one right way of doing things. But there is you and God’s way.
